Catalyst Culture is a community impact organization dedicated to activating leadership, strengthening families, and transforming environments through mentorship, entrepreneurship education, multigenerational wellness initiatives, and strategic community partnerships. Our mission emphasizes building strong individuals who foster strong communities, focusing on multigenerational transformation that empowers individuals to thrive and lead change in their neighborhoods. We distinguish ourselves by adopting a holistic approach that addresses eight dimensions of wellness—emotional, physical, social, intellectual, financial, spiritual, environmental, and occupational health—ultimately aiming to create leaders who can spark positive change in their communities.
